🍅 Ingredients

  • 250g Paneer (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Tomatoes (pureed)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 10-12 Cashews (soaked & ground)
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
  • Salt to taste

🍳 Instructions

  1. Fry the Spices: Heat butter in a pan. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, and cloves. Sauté for a minute.
  2. Cook Onions: Add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste. Fry until golden brown.
  3. Add Tomato Puree: Pour in the tomato puree and cook until oil separates from the masala.
  4. Spices & Cashew Paste: Add turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Then add the cashew nut paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add Paneer: Add water to adjust consistency, then add paneer cubes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Finish: Stir in fresh cream and garam masala. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Naan or Rice.
