🍅 Ingredients
- 250g Paneer (cubed)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 10-12 Cashews (soaked & ground)
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
- Salt to taste
🍳 Instructions
- Fry the Spices: Heat butter in a pan. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, and cloves. Sauté for a minute.
- Cook Onions: Add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste. Fry until golden brown.
- Add Tomato Puree: Pour in the tomato puree and cook until oil separates from the masala.
- Spices & Cashew Paste: Add turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Then add the cashew nut paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Paneer: Add water to adjust consistency, then add paneer cubes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Finish: Stir in fresh cream and garam masala. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Naan or Rice.
